npm install でエラーが出たときの対応

Vagrant で立てたCentOSの仮想マシンで、Vagrantの共有ディレクトリを設定しているディレクトリで、「npm install」をするとエラーが出てインストールできない問題が発生しました。

対処方法として、githubのnpmのissueに登録されていました。
EPROTO: protocol error, symlink ‘../user-home/cli.js’

symlinks を使用できないので、「–no-bin-links」フラグを立てて回避してね！とコメントがあります。
